A: As a member of the CTMA,established in 2011 is a textile finishing machinery manufacturer with independent research and development. RTDD has been authorized more than 26 domestic and international patents both in invention and utility aspects, and has been awarded National High-tech Enterprise of China since 2016. RTDD is a young company built up with a team of Italian experienced engineers who are determined to make better machines, to pursue our innovation in textile finishing machinery, to protect our environment as much as possible, to give our best service to our customers around the world, and to help them to achieve their commercial goals easier and faster. Q: Which products will RTDD launch at ITMA 2019? A: We will launch a Multifunctional Eco Ammonia Treatment Plant named NH3+ and a Smart Drum-brush Sueding Machine named iSUEDE. Q: What are the characteristics of these exhibits? A: When we participated in the ITMA in Italy in 2015, we exhibited a drum-sueding machine with self-cooling system. In this year’s ITMA in Spain, we will showcase the latest research and development of environmentally-friendly liquid ammonia finishing plant with market breakthroughs. Since the liquid ammonia machine is very large, we will exhibit it in 3D models and video presentations. Modern advanced liquid ammonia finishing plant has been on the market for more than a few decades, but it still maintains its unique competitiveness and mystery, which is inseparable from the superior performance of liquid ammonia fabrics that cannot be replaced. In summary, RTDD’s liquid ammonia finishing plant has the advantages of environmental protection, energy saving, high efficiency, EU safety standards, production cost reduction, effective fabric area increase, and so on. Q: Compared with competitors, what problems can these products solve better for textile companies? A: Here, I will briefly compare the two main products of RTDD with other competitors.  iSUEDE Self-cooling drum-sueding machine. Since late 1990s, drum-sueding machines have generally faced three difficulties: short brush life, high brush-drum temperature, and cumbersome operation and maintenance procedures. iSUEDE is built with an automatic cooling system (invention patent), which greatly reduces the brush temperature,stabilizes the quality of sueding,and increases the life of brushes. In terms of automation control, iSUEDE is also in the international leading position, and the customer sites can basically achieve the goal of liberating labor by one operator running two to three iSUEDEs at the same time. At present, the iSUEDE not only successfully solves the above difficulties, but also contributes to the greatly reduced dust of the customer’s sueding plants. Liquid ammonia treatment plant. RTDD ‘s liquid ammonia plant has followed ADVANTAGES:  NH3+ Gas and liquid emissions are designed according to EU standards and achieve true zero pollution;Advanced automation control with dual safety systems;The chain transmission system invention patent makes the equipment suitable for all kinds of denim, shirts, other woven fabrics, and various knitted fabrics;reduce the staining of the fabric;The recovery system is equipped with distillation unit, which greatly reduces the loss rate of liquid ammonia;The self-developed new dynamic seal not only achieves safety guarantee but also reduces maintenance costs;No need to use sulfuric acid for neutralization, greatly reducing production costs, management difficulty and production risks;Power saving is also an important highlight of RTDD liquid ammonia finishing equipment. Q: What is the motivation for your team to consistently develop this liquid ammonia mercerizing machine? A: RTDD has indeed invested a lot of money, time, and energy in the development of NH3+. The liquid ammonia machine with chain transmission is blank in the market, and we have been constantly innovating and trying for many years. We have always been confident in the textile liquid ammonia market, which has important links with the irreplaceable superiority of liquid ammonia finishing fabrics, such as:Keep a brand new look and easy to care for a very long time;Easier to dry;Get silky luster;Improve dimensional stability after washing;Improve dry and wet wrinkle resistance;Improve wear resistance;Improve tear resistance;Improve dye uniformity ......  Q: What is the future marketing plan of RTDD? A: RTDD has always insisted on running on the road of independent research and development because we understand that our products will not only be applied to the Chinese market, but to the world. In the domestic market, we rely on our own customer network, and at the same time, various textile associations will be our important partners. In the international market, we will cooperate with the professional sales teams with after-sales service capabilities to expand the market share and influence of green liquid ammonia fabrics. |
